Overview
The centerpiece of the Ayia Napa Marina resort in Cyprus features two twin 28-story towers that twist around the central core by approximately 1.6 degrees per floor to take full advantage of the panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The apartments are uniquely shaped to ensure that all living spaces, including bedrooms, are oriented toward the water and beaches, and maximize daylight.
We provided structural design services to M.M. Makronisos Marina Ltd. for the superstructure and foundation design of the towers.
