Overview
‘Phase 3,’ a key part of the regeneration of the Battersea Power station site in London, is one of the most exciting and innovative mixed-use neighbourhoods in the world. The development includes 1,300 new homes and a new high street (known as ‘The Electric Boulevard’) as well as a 160-room hotel, retail spaces, restaurants and leisure facilities. ‘Prospect Place,’ four new buildings around the distinctive ‘Flower’ comprise residential units, double-height retail spaces at street level, a community park and multi-use community hub.
We provided façade consulting services to Gehry Partners and Foster + Partners for Phase 3 of the development.

- Our deliverables include the full production of the performance specification for the tender phase and then our assistance during manufacturing, testing and installation of the façade contractor’s submittals and installed works.
