About
As Thornton Tomasetti’s equity, diversity and inclusion officer, Vandana Juneja works closely with stakeholders across the firm on the development and implementation of a strategic ED&I plan that aligns with our organizational purpose and values. An experienced ED&I leader, she spent more than a decade at global workplace inclusion firm Catalyst, where most recently, she led consulting for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and educational institutions. Vandana began her career as an immigration lawyer, assisting top global companies in bringing talent to Canada, and has a background in human resources.
