Vandana Juneja

As Thornton Tomasetti’s Director, People Engagement, Vandana Juneja works closely with stakeholders across the firm on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that embody our purpose and values, align with our guiding principles and are foundational to our five-year plan. An experienced leader, she spent more than a decade at global workplace inclusion firm Catalyst. Vandana began her career as an immigration lawyer, assisting top global companies in bringing talent to Canada, and has a background in human resources.
