Robert Saltsman is a mechanical engineer with specializations in the design and inspection of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and fire suppression/protection systems. He is responsible for forensic investigation, property loss consulting, building code compliance and quality assurance and quality control projects.
