Vice President
Jonathon Stage is a sustainability and energy consulting expert at Thornton Tomasetti specializing in decarbonization, building electrification, and portfolio energy and carbon strategies for buildings and campuses. He helps clients translate climate goals into practical plans through energy modeling and analysis, energy audits, retro-commissioning, energy engineering, and techno-economic feasibility studies. Jonathon advises on codes and standards, incentives and grants, sustainability master planning, and LEED certification for new construction and existing-building portfolios. He supports projects for a wide range of building types in the public and private sectors, helping owners improve performance, reduce emissions, and plan resilient, cost-effective upgrades. Jonathon leads multidisciplinary teams that deliver decarbonization road maps, electrification plans, and high-performance building strategies to improve the built environment, optimize financial performance, and inform portfolio planning.
