As a leader in our Renewal practice, Cristian Butnaru supervises engineering teams in the renovation and rehabilitation of buildings while coordinating with owners, property managers, architects and contractors. He has an extensive background in the alteration of existing structures, condition assessments and repairs, feasibility studies, tenant fit-outs and structural failure investigations.
