Andrew Goldbaum

As chief operating officer, Andrew Goldbaum is responsible for the business operations of the firm. He provides strategic direction and oversight for our support departments: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications and Organizational Development. He joined Thornton Tomasetti in 2014 with more than 25 years of experience in global financial, strategic and operational leadership. He was most recently chief financial officer and chief operations officer at Mercer Inc. – Talent Business, a multinational consulting business based in New York where he led the financial planning and analysis, strategic planning and operations functions. His additional expertise includes managing risks and controls, process and operational improvements, and mergers and acquisitions for multinational businesses.
