Overview

A new research facility at Washington State University (WSU) is set to be more than a hub for discovery; it will also be a space for farmers to better understand how to enhance the health, sustainability and profitability of their agricultural practices. This four-story facility will replace an existing academic building and will accommodate four USDA ARS research units, as well as members of the WSU Departments of Plant Pathology, Crop and Soil Sciences and Horticulture. Research at this facility will enable scientists to identify and address the challenges confronting agriculture both nationally and globally.

We are providing structural design, façade engineering, and acoustics and vibration consulting services to Anderson Mason Dale & Hensel Phelps for this design-build project, estimated to open in 2025.

Highlights

  • The project features multiple wet laboratories and vibration-sensitive equipment.
