SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park
A Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA) validated the effectiveness of the physical security measures within the complex.
Project Details
Overview
Home to two National Football League teams, the new 3.1-million-square-foot SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, is part of a larger entertainment and leisure complex that encompasses a 227,000-square-foot performance venue, YouTube Theater, the 2.5-acre American Airlines Plaza and the 12-acre Lake Park.
We worked with the SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park security team to perform a Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA) across Hollywood Park. The assessment validated the effectiveness of the physical security measures that were implemented in the original design, in addition to operational and technical security measures that were being developed as part of the site security plan.
Highlights
- Our scope included a systematic assessment of the risks and consequences of various attack scenarios, with a focus on explosive and vehicle ramming threats.
- We worked with the security team to develop enhancements to the security program to improve the overall level of protection.
- Our assessment is being used to support SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park’s SAFETY Act application through the identification and assessment of anti-terrorism mitigation measures incorporated into the project design and security program.
