Overview
Transforming the Nashville skyline, Paramount, upon completion, will be the tallest building in Tennessee. Located on Church Street across from the Nashville public library, the residential tower will feature 200 condominiums, luxury amenities and commercial space at ground-level,
We provided structural design services to Goettsch Partners for the skyscraper, which will stand over 100 feet higher than the current tallest tower in the city.
Highlights
- The slender tower will include a 10,500-square-foot footprint, leaving 1,500 square feet of the plot for a plaza and exterior lobby areas.
- A glass-bottomed cantilevered swimming pool will hang over much of the street level and will be supported by two exposed steel girders.
