LVL 29 at Legacy West

Located in Plano, Texas, just north of Dallas, LVL 29 at Legacy West is a new luxury high-rise residential tower offering 328 rental units. The 29-story tower is part of Plano’s Legacy West masterplan, a district that combines residential areas with a retail and entertainment corridor.

We provided structural design services to Humphreys & Partners Architects for the new tower, totaling 365,500 gross square feet; a common amenity area and lobby totaling 16,300 gross square feet; a seven-level, 503-car parking garage and storage totaling 228,500 gross square feet; and an outdoor landscaped amenity and pool deck at level eight totaling 13,800 square feet.
