Project Details
overview
Located on the Allston side of the Charles River, a new dormitory will provide expanded housing for Harvard University graduate students and their affiliates. Designed by Marvel Architects, the building’s stepped form and red brick exterior allow it to blend with its collegiate context, while adherence to Passive House principles contributes to the University’s sustainability goals.
We are providing sustainability consulting services for the 334,787-square-foot dormitory, which will offer 276 units and 546 beds, an event space, fitness center, a landscaped courtyard and an underground parking garage.
