The Veer Towers in Las Vegas is composed of two 37-story high-rise condominium towers inclined at opposing five-degree angles, rising from the Crystals CityCenter retail and entertainment district.
In collaboration with CTG Energetics, we provided LEED consulting services to Jahn for the residential towers.
Highlights

The building includes a 6,000-square-foot roof-top sun deck, yellow checkerboard sunscreen shades and low-ultraviolet high-efficiency curtain wall on the east, south and western façades limiting solar gain and providing privacy.

The silhouetted glass high-end condominium towers are composed of 335 residences and feature modern spaces ranging from 500 to 3,300 square feet.

Atop each tower are amenities and a recreation floor with an infinity edge pool, patio for outdoor entertaining and fitness center that overlook Las Vegas.

Water saving fixtures installed are estimated to save over 3.4 million gallons of water annually, reducing consumption by 33% from a standard code building.

Energy conservation measures and a combined heat and power plant are expected to produce 38% energy savings over the ASHRAE 90.1 2004 standard.
