CBS Television City, Property Condition and Seismic Risk Assessment
A multipronged assessment aims to bring an iconic, 25-acre studio in the Fairfax District into the 21st century.
Television City Studios in Los Angeles is a complex comprising 25 acres and consisting of an office building, several studio buildings, multiple support buildings and paved and covered parking areas. It was designed by architect William Pereira and Charles Luckman and opened in 1952, but the property has been remodeled and expanded over the years.
We were engaged to perform an architectural, structural and MEP Property Condition Assessment and Seismic Risk Assessment for the land parcel, including evaluating the addition of photovoltaic arrays and related site improvements.
