Qualifications

Our Florida cost-consulting services are led by Vice President Andrew Randle, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Andrew’s expertise spans drywall products and systems, acoustical ceiling tile, lumber, engineered wood trusses, rebar, EIFS/stucco, concrete, tiles, millwork and windows. He has estimated more than $1 billion worth of commercial and residential construction projects and has consulted with several billion-dollar companies serving national retailers and home builders, residential and commercial builders, and the design community. He also spent 10 years as an executive with a concrete subcontractor, erecting multifamily apartment buildings in South Florida.
