Education
Our experience with educational facilities encompasses every type of learning facility, from child development centers to major universities, and all educational levels in between. These projects include complete new high school and community college campuses, as well as classrooms, laboratories, gymnasiums, libraries, cafeterias, student unions, student housing, performing arts centers, athletic facilities, natatoriums, and stadiums. There are two common aspects to all these projects. First, every institution wants, and deserves, a unique design that reflects its identity. Second, funds are limited and schedules are tight. These conditions spur us to work creatively with the architect, the client, the users, and other stakeholders to provide the best possible facility that is economically feasible. Our excellent track record and relationships with many state-approval agencies enable us to speed projects through the often cumbersome regulatory process.
