Tropicana Parking Garage
Thornton Tomasetti provided emergency response services, structural peer review, and continuous on-site presence following the October 30, 2003 parking garage collapse at the Tropicana Casino and Resort.
Challenges we faced included preserving evidence during the demolition of the partially collapsed structure, and determining the cause and origin of the collapse.
Our dedicated team comprised of members from our New York, Newark, and Philadelphia offices, were on site 24 hours/7 days a week.
