Vice President Melissa Hertel has been named a Top Women in Maritime Award winner. Melissa is one of 20 honorees selected by Marine Log magazine for their achievements and contributions in shaping the future of the maritime industry. 

A leader in our Forensics practice, Melissa has more than 35 years of experience in naval architecture and marine engineering. Based in the firm’s Seattle office, she leads multidisciplinary teams in providing forensic investigation, litigation support, risk loss consulting, repair and retrofit design services to insurance professionals, legal teams, contractors and vessel, seaport and terminal owners. Melissa and the rest of this year’s honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on December 2 in New Orleans, which is being held in conjunction with the International WorkBoat Show.
