April 12, 2012 - Indiana State Fair Commission Investigation Report
In August 2011, Thornton Tomasetti was contracted by the Indiana State Fair Commission to conduct a forensic investigation into the causes of the August 13, 2011 collapse incident at the Indiana State Fair. On April 12, 2012, Thornton Tomasetti’s findings were presented to the Commission at a press conference in Indianapolis.
