Thornton Tomasetti’s Michael Pulaski and Mark E. Dannettel to Lead Building Skin Sustainability Discussion at High Performance Building Summit

Pulaski and Dannettel will lead the discussion “Understanding How Building Skins Impact High Performance Buildings,” examining topics such as shading, glass transparency, insulation and solar orientation.

Who: Michael Pulaski, an associate in the firm’s Portland, Maine office, has more than nine years of experience in the sustainable design of mixed-use, higher education, residential and industrial developments. He is a board member of the University of Southern Maine Construction Management Advisory Board and an ambassador for the International Living Building Institute.

Mark E. Dannettel, a vice president in Thornton Tomasetti’s Los Angeles office and Building Skin practice leader for the West U.S. and Pacific Rim regions, has more than 20 years of experience in architecture, engineering, façade design and building technology. Dannettel’s façade consulting work includes numerous high-rise towers, civic and institutional structures, hospitals, airports, hotels and residential buildings.
