In the role of Owner’s Sustainability Representative, our approach is to make sure that the building owner’s best interests are at the heart of every project decision. Early in the building process we incorporate and emphasize our extensive knowledge of sustainability issues and green building into the management of the project. Our goal is to meet the owner’s project goals by presenting a shared and consistent vision; coordinating efforts between all the team members; ensuring that decisions are the result of knowledgeable and creative program solving; and realizing an efficient, high-performance, and cost-effective project.
