Eurasia (TechInvest) Tower
As one of the tallest buildings in Moscow, this 75-story, two-million-square-foot commercial and residential development in the all-new Moscow International Business Center, features a five-story underground concourse connected to shopping malls, entertainment centers and parking garages. The 1,000-foot (300-meter) building is the first high-rise in Russia that utilizes structural steel construction.
The tower structure consists of a hybrid core made of steel columns linked by concrete shear walls, a steel perimeter tube frame and one level of steel outrigger trusses.
