Saint Mary’s College of California, Brousseau Hall
Brousseau Hall is a new three-story, 56,000-square-foot science building designed for vibration-sensitive equipment and heavy floor live loads. The structure features lecture halls, laboratories, classrooms, and offices.
The project scope included the retrofit and remodel of an existing 45,000-square-foot reinforced concrete building with plywood diaphragms, and the addition of a 15,000-square-foot third floor.
